Revision Policy

• We are liable to provide you unlimited revisions if in case we deviate from the initially mentioned criterion.
• In cases, where the initially provided specifications are inadequate, or inaccurate, then the company will not be held responsible for providing any revisions.
• Whilst we’re revising what needs to be revised, we shall not entertain any new instructions.
• However, these instructions can be added by paying additional charges.
• No revisions will be conducted on public holidays or Sunday.
• Orders with a word count of 250-5000, can be revised up to 15 days after delivery. After which, further revisions will be charged.
• Orders which exceed the 5000-word count, can be revised up to 30 days. After which, further revisions will be charged.
• Any order with a 24-hour deadline, will require 8-12 hours to be revised post requesting the revision.
• Any order with a 48-hour deadline, will require 24 hours to be revised post requesting the revision.
• Orders with a word count of 5000-9750 will require three days to be carried out post requesting the revision.
• Orders with a word count that exceeds 10,000, will require five-seven days to be carried out post requesting the revision.
